The Law OF Cause And Effect

“Shallow men believe in luck or in circumstance. Strong men believe in cause and effect.”

― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Law of cause and effectYou need to gain an understanding of the law of cause and effect in order to get better. The law of cause and effect states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Our results are an effect. The cause is our action. In other words, you are going to get back what you put out.

We live in the world of instant gratification. We need to move from instant gratification to delayed gratification. Develop a long term perspective to leave a legacy for ourselves.

How do you earn more money? In order to earn more money, you need to become better at what you do. Top five percent in any field earn most of the money in any industry. All actions have consequences and produce specific results. The choices you make are the causes and the corresponding outcomes are the effects. Are you a top income earner in your field? If not, make a decision to become one.

How do you build meaningful relationships? You need to train yourself to take the focus off yourself. Most of the population grows up with self-centered thinking of themselves. We’re trying to “get.” But the secret is to “give” and you will receive. Forget about yourself and think about the other person. Bring all of your conscious attention to the other person. It is going to be hard in the beginning because we have been focusing mostly on ourselves. Givers gain.

How do you develop better health? You need to eat less and exercise more. Almost everyone knows that. How many people “do” what they know? Exercising frequently is hard and following the rules eat less is not fun. Live the idea to split the meals and have regular schedule to exercise. Find a role model for every area of your life.

Make a decision to focus on, and do the things that other successful people have done in those areas. If you take action and do the things that others have done, you will eventually get the desired results.
